Choose either method
Both options delete the same WalkTask account and its associated personal information.
Request deletion on the web
You can request account deletion without reinstalling or opening the app. Email our account management team using the button below.

Subject: Delete WalkTask account
Include your WalkTask account identifier and any information requested by our support team so we can verify account ownership. We will begin processing your request within 3 business days.
Delete your account in the app
In WalkTask, go to Settings > Delete Account, then follow the confirmation steps.
What happens to your data
Deleting your account deletes your WalkTask account and the personal information associated with it. We retain that information for 60 days to address account-related issues, then permanently delete it.
